"Searching Eyes" by Rodney Swansborough

This artwork is now finished called "Searching Eyes" and forms part of the collaborative series with Pearl Red Moon called 'Red Lips'. This work is less vibrant than the previous fauvist-styled works in this series. The actual face size is slightly larger than real life.

This artwork, created using oil pastels and varnished with clear acrylic, is now complete. It now awaits Pearl Red Moon's textile additions and 'framing'.

Immediately below is further development of my artwork "Searching Eyes". I am beginning to add more vibrant colours, around the eyes, on the face, and forming up the 'red lips', which is the name of the series.
